Hi efransi,

The reflect3.php file creates the thumbnail that imageflow displays in the gallery. Line 389 is the line that is trying to write the thumbnail image to your image directory. It is encountering an error trying to do that, probably access permissions. The images directory must have write access to allow imageflow to save the thumbnail images.

Hope that helps.

Hi Ken,

I've just uploaded so that you can view it as I previously had it just running locally on my mac. You can see the page here where the images are not displaying.

Thankyou for looking at this.

Hi litteET,

I can see that your images are where they are supposed to be and the image list file appears to be correct.

If you are using imageflow version 1.0.7, then evidently I still have a problem resolving base paths correctly.

In the Server tab of your global configuration, what are the values for absolute path and live site?

Hi Ken,

Absolute path: /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com.au/httpdocs/test/joomla-test
Live Site: www.mysite.com.au/test/joomla-test

I've substituted the domain name for "mysite". And yes I am using Imageflow v1.0.7

As a test I changed the paths in the testlist1.txt to reflect the full path of the live site thinking it would help, but it didn't:
//
// ImageFlow for Joomla images list
//
img="www. mysite.com.au/test/joomla-test/images/stories/highslide-images/gallery/image1.jpg" imgalt="Image 1" hreftitle="Hreftitle 1" imgtitle="Imgtitle 1"
img="www. mysite.com.au/test/joomla-test/images/stories/highslide-images/gallery/image2.jpg" imgalt="Image 2" hreftitle="Hreftitle 2" imgtitle="Imgtitle 2"

Where are the settings in Imageflow which tell it to use the Highslide mambot?

Thanks,
littleET

Hi littleET,

Your image list file was correct the way it was. I set up a local test server with directory paths similar to yours and everything worked so I don't think it is a base path problem.

Do you have safe-mode turned on?
What version of GD library are you using?

From what I see here, something is preventing imageflow from either seeing the image files that are out there or generating the thumbnails for those images.

I am attaching a small zip file that contains two php files that I would like you to try. They output html comments in the web page that contains the imageflow module. It would give me a little more debugging information. Just replace the helper.php file in the modules/imageflow dir and the default.php in the modules/imageflow/tmpl directory.

Don't give up. We'll figure this out eventually.
